How can I get notified on discounts or promotions?

We post all of our product promotions and discounts to our Instagram page @embracethecurl_ we also include them as an announcement bar at the top of our website to ensure no one misses out!

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Oregon, WA, USA and Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada.

How will I know if your products are right for me?

The best way to tell is to checkout results from our customers who have similar hair type as you. Checkout our results gallery or Instagram page for reviews and photos. You can also email us: info@embracethecurlproducts.com, we love talking about curls and would be happy to help!

Where is my order?

Once you place your order online, our order processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the shipping carrier. To track your package follow the appropriate link below. Shipping through UPDS and Canada Post is 1-6 business days. International Shipping is 7-18 days

Do you have a Brand Ambassador Program?

Yes, but we are currently fully booked with applications and will be selecting people toward the end of the year. Stay tuned for additional program details. 

 

Do you offer samples?

We understand that finding the right products for your hair can be frustrating. We do not offer samples but we do have travel size products available. We'd also recommend checking out our social media pages, you may be able to find detailed reviews from customers with your hair type.  

 

Will you be adding more products to your line?

 Yes of course! We are currently working on adding products and always will be. We want to ensure we provide the best quality products tailored to all your curly needs.
