When will my order be shipped?
Once you complete your online order, your products will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra processing time during Black Friday Sales & for Pre-Orders. contact us for questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within British Columbia: 1-3 business days
Within Canada: 1-6 business days
International: 7-18 business days
Shipping through USPS, Purolator, Chit Chats and Canada Post is 1-6 business days.

You can track your order directly with the shipping courier.

Do you have any local pickup options in the Lower Mainland (BC)?
Option 1: Please checkout our locations page for retailers and pop-up locations.
Option 2: Pickup from any Chit Chats location in Canada. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to place a local pickup order.

For all customer service inquiries, please send us an email with your name and order number. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
I entered the wrong shipping information for my order, how can I change it?
If your order has not shipped we can definitely update your correct address. However, if the order has shipped, unfortunately we cannot make adjustments. If your order is returned by the carrier, we will contact you for your correct address and shipping fees to re-ship.
My order was delivered but I did not receive it.
If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue or email us for further assistance.
I subscribed to receive products regularly, how can I manage the subscription or cancel it?
You may cancel, adjust products, update shipping address, update payment information, apply a discount code, skip an order or change the frequency at any time for free.
You can access your subscription account by:
1. Clicking the email link received at time of subscribing. This will take you to your subscription account. You may cancel, adjust products or change the frequency.
2. Login to your Embrace the Curl account page (click the little person icon at the top right). Create an account if you do not have one.
